About

Kani Narci is an independent filmmaker and musician working at the intersection of sound and image. His work is rooted in atmosphere, restraint, and the quiet spaces that exist between moments rather than the moments themselves. Drawn to night environments and understated narratives, Narci approaches storytelling as a process of observation rather than exposition. Image and sound are developed together, often blurring the line between film, music, and visual art. Recurring themes in his work include memory, isolation, belief, and the emotional residue left behind by unfinished lives. Rather than offering resolution, his projects tend to linger—allowing meaning to emerge slowly through pacing, absence, and repetition. He is currently developing Nostalgia, a debut short film and musical project exploring the space between what was and what is. The work is released deliberately and without explanation.
